Liking what you see in the mirror has a huge effect on our everyday life. It affects our relationships, our jobs, our ability to be creative and how we show up in the world for ourselves and others.
But needs to be realized is that our physical body has very little to do with what we are liking or disliking in the mirror.
It is a direct correlation as to what is going on inside of us and how we feel of ourselves as a person.
Challenge the mirror means to look inside, to challenge everything you think about yourself and learn to unconditionally love all of you.
